All levels of our house are now occupied with sleeping Festors. Calvin and I are trying to sneak around without waking anyone up.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Sep 6, 2009 7:45 AM
Well, I’m trying to sneak. Calvin occasionally lets out gleeful chortles.

Back from getting pastries for breakfast. Now just waiting for @calvinsdad
to wake up.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Sep 6, 2009 9:15 AM
Oh wait, I have email from him. He must be up . . .

Calvin is still sleeping. Of course, this may be because he really didn’t want to go to sleep last night.

Well, the hike didn’t go as smoothly as planned but we all survived!

2013

Ugh, I’m sick today. But it doesn’t seem right to take a sick day, on a Friday, right before I’m taking vacation time.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Sep 6, 2013 8:20 AM
Hm, Calvin desperately needs a hair cut.

I believe all furniture, especially baby stuff, should come with a Sketch-Up model.

[I still believe this.]

The people at my bus stop queue when we arrive and it makes me very happy.

The pediatricians are so young these days (or I’m getting old, hard to say).

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Sep 6, 2018 7:26 AM
Also, why can’t I make appointments online?

2020

My “new” kitchen computer (an old repurposed Windows tablet) is working out very well so far.

[I bought this tablet back in 2014 for $330. I used it for a while but eventually the battery no longer stayed charged. I wanted a kitchen computer in 2020 but there wasn’t enough space for a real computer nor could I mount it on the wall given we were in a rental. Somehow it occurred to me that I could use this tablet, mount it with 3M command strips, and use one of the kitchen outlets to keep it constantly plugged in. It worked so well I’m still using this tablet as my kitchen computer in our current house.]
