Calvin muttered through the night but didn’t actually wake up till around 7. @calvinsdad got up and I slept a while longer.

Made pecan waffles for breakfast and then put Calvin down for a nap. He’s still sleeping 1 1/2 hr later.

We arrived safely in Walla Walla. Calvin was pretty cranky this morning but hopefully will be happier after his nap.

I found someone to take our infant car seat! It’s in good condition but thrift stores won’t take them for fear they’ve been in accidents.

At the thrift store today found a Capesla 135 set stuffed in with the puzzles (looks like this [This link is completely dead. However, here’s a Wikipedia article about what Capsela looks like.].

It cost $2.99 so I broke down and bought it. All parts seem to be there except the rubber tracks have become brittle and broken.

@calvinsdad informs me she isn’t crippled, she’s “mermaidy”. Which he still agrees is creepy.

Cat5 seems to have bonded with her cage. Put her in it last night and she didn’t meow till @calvinsdad got up. Now she’s sleeping inside.

Julian is choosing toast with ketchup and cheese over cardamom rolls. My child has no taste.
