Today actually went pretty well. Debbi watched Calvin while we practiced at church and he took a nap for her.

Calvin refused to fall asleep on the way to Costco but did fall asleep on the way back.

I cannot believe I forgot to set my phone to vibrate while sitting in the car with Calvin sleeping. Fortunately, he’s gone back to sleep.

Calvin is refusing breakfast because he doens’t like his choices. Given this is not a school day, I’m allowing this and crossing my fingers.

Calvin survived till lunch without breakfast. Can’t decide if this is a good natural consequence or the start of a bad habit.

The bus situation looks grim. Everyone appears to be going to work today but buses still on snow routes so the capacity is messed up.

Decided to cut my losses and walk to the Aurora bridge. Definitely the right move. On a bus and even have a seat!

Though, I’m not positive which bus . . . I saw a bus, ran, did some minor ignoring of crosswalk signals, and dove in. I have faith it’s going downtown.

There were so many flowers in the bouquet @calvinsdad ordered for Valentine’s Day I ended up with two vases full of flowers :)
