Calvin woke up a couple of times last night but put himself back to sleep. He didn’t wake up this morning till 7am!

Good day for the refrigerator to die. I think I can just unload the refrigerator onto the porch. Of course, it might freeze . . .

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2009 8:51 AM
Calvin just ate 1/3 of a 4 oz pears & mango jar and a entire 2.5 oz pear jar.

Calvin’s been sleeping for about an hour now. Maybe the era of good napping is upon us. (Of course, now he’s skipping afternoon).

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2009 10:43 AM
Refrigerator is fixed but now I have to wait for it to cool down.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2009 11:04 AM
Calvin slept for right around 1 1/2 hrs.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2009 1:25 PM
It feels strange walking to my porch to grab lunch items.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2009 7:48 PM
From daycare: “Calvin loved crawling all over the classroom today!”

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2009 7:48 PM
Since taking a _long_ morning nap, Calvin has decided to give up afternoon naps which make him pretty cranky at night.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2009 7:48 PM
However, the tub always distracts him enough for him to be relatively happy during bath time.

I’m thinking of waking Calvin up at 7:30. Going to bed after 9 is not a good option for us or him.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2010 8:46 AM
Finally got around to calling again for someone to look at the oven. Scheduled for tomorrow.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2010 4:11 PM
BOB’s suitcase for Christmas has arrived. I even managed to pack and unpack it as a test.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2010 6:30 PM
Calvin is definitely gaming the system. 3 Elmo episodes in a row. He waits till one is finished then goes again . . .

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2010 8:40 PM
From daycare: “Calvin threw away his own trash today!”

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2011 4:14 PM
From daycare yesterday, “Calvin made a great penguin.”

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2011 4:14 PM
From daycare today, “Calvin enjoyed making homemade ice cream.”

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2011 5:04 PM
Calvin after coming inside from playing in the snow, “I need hot cocoa mommy to warm up!” I think he knows how to work the system.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2012 2:06 PM
Calvin made a star and/or wreath out of coat hangers.
7 purple plastic hangers with one small red plastic hangers hooked together on the beige carpet to form a rough star shape.

One more meal and my menu for the week is done. Now to wait and see if @calvinsdad will be joining us for these dinners.

Calvin has been told about our San Francisco move and is not crying. I take this as a good sign.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2015 7:23 AM
We’re reviewing San Francisco pictures from Christmas 2013.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2015 7:26 AM
Also, Calvin is excited that San Francisco has sports teams. It took me a minute to figure out which ones though.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2015 7:37 AM
So the kids and I are still about 6 months away from moving to SF which is messing with my sense of time.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2015 3:48 PM
Julian can now stand up without any assistance (without anything to grab onto around him).

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2015 3:51 PM
Julian just took an itsy bitsy step (really a half step).

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2015 4:30 PM
Yep, Julian officially can take a small step or two while standing.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2015 6:05 PM
I don’t know what I did to the muffins but it wasn’t a good thing.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2017 12:54 PM
Yay!! We finally have a solution for our really weird kitchen lights. (Designed for old “energy efficient” CFLs and really hard to make work with modern LEDs.)

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2018 4:40 PM
Our packing philosophy of listing every single thing that goes into a box is exhausting but it’s wonderful when unpacking.

Kiesa @spreadsheetmom Dec 2, 2018 9:07 PM
I forgot oatmeal at the old house.
