Calvin seems to have this habit of waking up, rocking on his hands and knees for a moment and then going back to sleep for another 5 min.

I’m never sure if he’s actually up at this point or not. Today he started this around 5:30 and I got up around 6.

Today for breakfast Calvin had applesauce, sweet potato, and peaches. He also had a spoonful of spinach & potatoes.

Just got back from church. I had to play but Calvin didn’t go to prevent spreading his illness to others.

Poor Calvin knocked his mouth on something and split his lip open. However, he now seems content with mommy holding him.

Afternoon nap failed. Calvin wasn’t unhappy, he just wasn’t sleeping.

Just tried making Apple Strudel with Puff Pastry. It wasn’t quite the same but wasn’t horrible for a one-cook attempt.

It turns out that insurance does cover a breast pump but not the _right_ one. Oh well, I guess I can get theirs as a backup.

Julian didn’t demand attention last night till 3am but then was pretty insistent he wanted to get up at 5.

Hm, that doesn’t seem right. I laid Julian down in his crib for nap and he hasn’t made a peep so far.

The weather was fantastic today so we went to Melody Park.
