I appear to have caught something while on vacation. Even running a fever which is really unusual for me. I hope the kids don’t catch it . . .

I’m now at that stage where ibuprofen has me less achy but my eyes still hurt when I try to read or watch something. Too tired to do anything, not tired enough to sleep.
[In retrospect, I may have had COVID-19, it’s hard to say. I was never tested but I was unusually sick and had received my flu shot the prior fall. At the time we lived in Seattle and had recently returned from a vacation in Palm Springs, CA. That said, none of my family became visibly infected.]
