The bassinet we’ve been using downstairs is only rated to 15 lbs and as @calvinsdad mentioned, Calvin in already 12lbs 8oz.

Calvin just ate again so we’re trying for another nap. He was falling asleep as I fed him but seems resistant to the nap idea.

Life is so much saner now that I understand Calvin won’t take naps on his own unless you leave him in his crib and shut the door.

Julian threw a fit and refused to breastfeed tonight. Turns out it was because there was nothing there. 15 min pumping = 7 mL.

You’d think with the number of houses I’ve lived in within the past 10 years I wouldn’t be so excited by yet another house. However, I’m still at the point where I have to stop myself from squeeing every time I walk in.

I picked (Meyer?) lemons from our house today and made Coconut Citrus Cookies and Lemonade. I’d still prefer a persimmon tree but Calvin is a lemon convert.
