Hm, this sounds like a good approach. At the moment I mainly have people asking about the Seattle property we no longer own so I just act very confused and they give up. (Turns out this is one of the special cases where they will stop contacting you if you respond.)

The response is in a green background with white text and says: It's from 1900 and unsuitable for human habitation. There is no plumbing. The fireplace has fallen off the building. The outhouse sank into a hole. I will take three million dollars and it doesn't come with the acreage.

We currently don’t have a door between our bedroom and bathroom and I think we’re really lucky that this is the first time in most our married life that @calvinsdad and I are getting up at roughly the same time.
