I got grocery delivery today and appear to have accidentally requested 1 pint of tomatoes instead of 3-4. By the time I got off work, Julian had already found the tomatoes.

Good news: replacing the lightbulb did fix the lighting issue. However, it doesn’t add much light to the room and I’m mystified as to why we’d want to highlight the chimney.

Calvin dug a hole.
Calvin placed a red beach chair in a large hole he dug in the sand and is sitting in it. The hole is about as deep as the chair is tall. He’s eating chips while wearing his chrome goggles.

(Our house is woefully lacking built-in lighting and we don’t yet own the right lighting fixtures to compensate. Our floor lamp was on @calvinsdad’s side of the bed.)

Results of my bagel experiment. As you can tell, they fell apart a bit in the water and became more spiral-like. Still, probably worth trying again.
To pieces of bread in more of a crescent than bagel shape. Covered with sesame seeds.
